The Armed Forces Chapter (AFC) is a chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement ISPI. AFC serves the military, consultants, contractors, and others who seek to promote excellence in military training and performance improvement. Membership is open to anyone associated with the military services from around the globe. Current members are from Canada and the United States.

Membership: We have grown to over 200 members and are the largest ISPI Chapter. Thank you all for your continued support.
In addition to the discount that Armed Forces Chapter members receive for the annual Performance Improvement Conference, we will now receive a $50 discount off the ISPI member rates for the Fall Conference and for Public Institutes as well as the ISPI member rates for other events such as the Workshops and SkillCasts. Webinars: A special thanks to Dr. Carl Binder for his excellent webinar on fluency delivered 21 May 2008. His PowerPoint presentation is posted in the Archived Events section. We are planning for our next webinar in September with more details to follow as we get closer.
Annual Coast Guard Workshop: The Coast Guard’s Performance Technology Center (PTC) will host its Eighth Annual Human Performance Technology (HPT) Workshop 3-5 September, 2008 in Williamsburg, Virginia. Join them to explore “adding value by enhancing performance” as well as other pertinent human performance technology issues. Dr. Jack Phillips will be the keynote speaker.
