Dr. Jim Hill is the founder and CEO of Proofpoint Systems, a global provider of Web 2.0 systems that improve individual and organizational performance. He is a past president of ISPI, a career officer in the United States Marine Corps, and a 13 year executive in the Silicon Valley. Jim is also an author in the current edition of the ISPI HPT Handbook, and has been recognized by Training magazine, Sales and Marketing Management magazine and Japanese Management Journal. He is a four time ISPI recipient of ISPI’s award of excellence and a three-time finalist for the American Business Awards. Earlier this year, his company’s performance analysis application, ComPASS, was recognized by CyberFEDS as one of five “awesome new technologies.”
