Kristina Schneider is an organizational learning and performance technologist, and the Director of Operations at Aviation Strategies International (ASI) based in Montreal, Canada. She is currently pursuing doctoral studies in administration, focusing on knowledge transfer and professional communities of practice. He recently published book Edublogging: A Qualitative Study of Training and Development Bloggers is an innovative research project in which she explores what it mean to be a blogger in the field of training and development.
