Canadian Captain Annie Bergeron is a Training Development Officer (TDO) in the Canadian Forces (CF). She is currently working as a Standard Officer at Canadian Land Force Command & Staff College (CLFCSC) in Kingston, Ontario where her main responsibility is developing and maintaining Training Control Documentation for the Army Officer Development Period 2. She holds a degree in Education & a certificate in Sociology from Laval University, Quebec City and has started a Master's degree in Education, Ottawa University. Annie is married to Mark. They have three awesome children: Samuelle, Xavier and Élisabeth.

Air Force Todd LeFebvre is a Resource Advisor for the 392nd Training Squadron at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. He holds a BS in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University and is finishing his MS in Instructional and Performance Technology at Boise State University. Prior to working as a Resource Advisor Todd retired from the Air Force after a 21 year career as a Personnel Systems Management Technician with assignments in Oklahoma, Colorado, California, Korea and Germany. Todd is married to Barbara LeFebvre and they have two children, Alexandra 20 and Kurt 7. |

Coast Guard Chief Padley is a Performance Technologist at the United States Coast Guard Instructional Systems School in Petaluma, California. Dave received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Excelsior College in 2003, his Masters of Science in Information Technology Management from Franklin Pierce University in 2005, and a Masters of Science in Instructional Systems from Florida State University in 2006. Prior to his immersion into the Coast Guard’s Training System, he served as a Deck Watch Officer aboard the CGC Escape; as Operations Officer aboard three different Patrol Boats – the CGC Grand Isle, CGC Long Island, and CGC Jefferson Island; and acted as a Search and Rescue Coordinator at the First Coast Guard District Command Center. In additional to conducting analysis projects for Training Center Petaluma, he serves as the Course Chief for the Coast Guard’s Instructor Development Course and Course Developer Courses for both resident and non-resident instruction. In 2008, he received an International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) for Outstanding Human Performance Intervention and serves on the ISPI CPT Governance Committee. Dave is qualified as a Master Training Specialist for the Coast Guard, is a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) through CompTIA, has a Certificate in Human Performance Technology from Florida State, and is currently pursuing becoming a Certified Performance Technologist through ISPI. |

Law Enforcement Sean Rea is the National Performance Improvement Manager for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), in Ottawa Ontario. His current role is to manage the RCMP's Human Performance Technology initiative (Bridging the Gap), the curriculum of the RCMP's leadership program and how HPT is embedded into these programs and the force's coaching methodologies. |

Navy Born 9 September 1962 in Twin Falls, ID, Master Chief Long considers himself a native of Arlington, TX where he graduated from Arlington High School in May 1980. Enlisting in the U.S. Navy 7 May 1981 in Dallas, TX, he completed recruit training in San Diego, CA, followed by Aviation Training in Millington, TN graduating as a third class Aviation Electronics Technician. Master Chief Longs duty assignments include VF-171 and VF-33 in Virginia Beach, VA; USS AMERICA (CV 66) in Norfolk, VA; Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Department (AIMD) in Lemoore, CA; USS PRINCETON (CG 59) in Long Beach, CA; Naval Submarine Base (NSB) in San Diego, CA; USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70) in Alameda, CA with a homeport change to Bremerton, WA; Fleet Training Center (CMC) in San Diego, CA; VFA-146 (CMC) in Lemoore, CA with cruises onboard the USS JOHN C STENNIS (CVN 74) and USS CARL VINSON (CVN 70); and CMC of the USS SACRAMENTO (AOE 1). He reported to Center for Career Development in October 2004 after decommissioning the USS SACRAMENTO (AOE 1). During his tour at AIMD Lemoore, he transferred to the Command Career Counselor Office and made his first career change converting to Navy Counselor. After performing as the Command Master Chief (Acting) for short stints during several tours including a long stint at Fleet Training Center, San Diego, he made his second and final career change with his selection for the Command Master Chief Program in December 2000. His personal decorations include four Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, four Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, six Good Conduct Medals, the Sharpshooter Rifle Ribbon, and the Sharpshooter Pistol Ribbon. Master Chief Long holds an Associate in Arts from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University, and a Master of Science in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University. He also completed the National Security Decision Making Professional Military Education course from the Naval War College October 2005. |
