How do I Join?

To join, use the PayPal link below. When you submitting dues through PayPal, please include your business/organization, position/specialty, and phone number in the comments. If you desire to join via mail, please print a membership application and send a check or money order payable to AFC-ISPI to the address below.

To renew your membership, please use the PayPal link below. No other information is required, unless you need to update your membership data because you have moved, transferred, or changed jobs. If you desire to mail a check or money order, please contact the AFC treasurer for future guidance.

Chapter members outside the United States should use PayPal since our bank charges a large fee to process checks from other countries.

Questions regarding membership can be directed to our Secretary/Treasurer, Scott Rooke, at Treasurer@afc-ispi.org.

If you are joining/renewing during February or March, dues collected will be prorated to pay through April of the following year (i.e. paying in March 2011 would result in paying dues through April 2012 ($13 vice $1 due now and $12 due in April)). This is to reduce the inherent costs of using Paypal for multiple payments, as well as reducing the need to have you renew again within months of paying dues. Also, please note that you may pay dues for multiple years using the drop down menu below if desired.
